Questions about pricing
Why not usage-based pricing?
Prostack charges a fixed monthly price per server because usage-based pricing means someone has to watch it. With a fixed price you know the number before the month starts, and so does whoever signs off the invoice.
What happens when the app outgrows its server?
When an app outgrows its server, you move up a plan and Prostack handles the resize. Our monitoring usually spots it first, and we’ll tell you before it becomes a problem.
Can I run more than one app on a server?
Yes, a Prostack Cito server takes as many apps as it has room for, because there’s no per-site fee. Each one gets its own system user, so they stay isolated from each other.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, Prostack offers a 30-day free trial on a Prostack Cito server that we set up for you. Move a real app onto it and see how it behaves before you commit. Start a live chat and we’ll arrange one.
What isn’t included?
Prostack’s plans don’t include your bills from database providers, Stripe, AI providers and other platforms: those stay with them. Backup retention beyond seven days can be arranged, possibly at a charge. Custom moves are quoted separately after the audit.
Is there a contract?
Plans run month to month, and you can leave with 30 days’ written notice. If you’d rather commit for longer, we offer discounts on annual billing.
What if I want to leave?
You can leave Prostack and take everything with you. Your code stays in your own GitHub, your domain and email never move to us, and you can download your files from the panel at any time.
Do prices include VAT?
No, Prostack’s prices exclude VAT. Plans are billed monthly.
