Prostack Cito: managed hosting your agent can drive
Cito is the control panel on every Prostack server. Deploy, clone to staging, read the logs and restore a backup from one dashboard, or ask your agent to do it for you. Meanwhile our engineers keep an eye on the server, day and night.

Cito’s MCP server works with Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT, so you can run your hosting without leaving the editor.
- “Is my Cito server healthy?”
- “Clone example.com to staging.example.com”
- “Show me the last 50 lines of the error log”
- “Deploy this project to Cito”
Your agent signs in with a Cito login and can do what that login can. Give it one that only reaches staging, if you like. It can deploy, clone sites and read logs, but it can’t run arbitrary commands.
Deploy this project to Cito, staging only.

The jobs that fill a week, in a couple of clicks
Here’s what that looks like in the dashboard.
Try changes on a staging copy
Clone any site, files and database included, and try a change on the copy before it goes anywhere near the live app. Every site gets its own preview URL too.
Rolling back a deployBackups you can restore yourself
Nightly off-site snapshots, kept for seven days. Browse one like a folder and restore single files or whole directories.
Backups in CitoSee what’s hitting the app
Traffic for every site, straight from its access logs, with no tracking script or cookie banner. Live Nginx and PHP logs sit beside it, or ask your agent to read them.
Analytics in CitoEmail from your app, signed and logged
Your app can send email as soon as it’s live, without needing a third-party service. If a message bounces or gets stuck, the log tells you why.
Email in CitoDeploy from Git
Connect a repository and deploy the newest commit in one click. Cito installs dependencies, and can run your build step too.
Deploying a Next.js appMySQL databases from the panel
Create a MySQL database from the panel, with the password generated for you. Clone it with its site, add read-only users, or open phpMyAdmin.
Databases in CitoPrivate when it needs to be
Put an internal tool behind a password, let your office straight through, or block addresses outright.
Keeping a tool privateRuns what your agent writes
Most of what Claude Code, Codex and Cursor produce runs on Prostack Cito as it is.
- Node.js 24, run by Nginx and Passenger, so there’s no PM2 to look after. Next.js, Express, NestJS and Remix all run as they are.
- PHP at every officially supported version, chosen per site. Laravel included.
- Docker for anything else, Python included.
- MySQL (MariaDB) and Redis on every server, tuned to its size.
- Postgres support coming soon.
One server, many sites
There’s no per-site fee, so put as many apps on a server as it has room for. Each one gets its own system user, SSH login and home folder.
Access control and audit logs
Full role-based access control and audit logging for sites and servers.

Questions developers ask
Can I run a Next.js app on Prostack Cito?
Yes, Prostack Cito runs Next.js and other Node.js apps through Passenger, which starts the app from an app.js file. For Next.js that’s a short file that starts the Next server, and we set it up as part of the move. How it works.
Can I keep my Postgres database?
Yes, an app on Prostack Cito keeps its Postgres database with its managed provider, such as Neon, and carries on connecting to it. Prostack Cito doesn’t run PostgreSQL itself.
Do I get root access?
On Prostack Cito, the server’s admin user has sudo, which you need for things like Docker, and each site has its own SSH user. We manage the server, so check with us before changing its configuration.
Is there an API?
Prostack Cito has an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT can deploy, clone sites, read logs and more on your behalf. It can’t run arbitrary commands, and it can’t reach outside your sites’ files.
